Naming your pages:

Once you have pasted the vioClicks™ tracking code into your Web pages, go to each page and and look at the third line of the vioClicks™ tracking code..

The third line of the vioClicks™ tracking code is the page name variable line:

var page_name = '';

To name your page, simply enter the page name in between the 'quotation marks (' ').

For example, to name your Home Page, this line of code would look like this:

var page_name = 'Home Page';

To name your About Us page, it would look like this:

var page_name = 'Home Page';

Simply repeat this process for each page on which you have placed the vioClicks™ tracking code and tracking your visitor pathways will be a breeze!

How do I access my stats?
To review your stats online, go to: http://www.vioclicks.com/login.html and enter your username and password at the Webmaster's Entrance prompt.

How do I retrieve my password?
If you have misplaced your password, please go to: http://view1.vioclicks.com/uis/password.asp and enter your account number. Your password will he emailed to the address that is registered as your contact email address in your vioClicks™ Account Manager.

How do I change my account settings?
To change your account settings, simply go to: http://www.vioclicks.com/login.html, enter your username and password and once inside the vioClicks™ Stats Lounge, click on the "Account Admin" link and follow the instructions.

How long does vioClicks™ store my data?
Forever! If you want to know how many unique visitors you had on any given day in any given month, five years from now, we'll have that data for you!

Will vioClicks™ slow down my Web site?
No! The vioClicks™ code that you add to your site requires absolutely no additional loading time to your site's pages. The vioClicks™ gif image which accompanies the vioClicks™ Premium Package is so small that it requires less than a tenth of a second to load on your page and therefore will not effect your site's overall performance.
